How do I sign up?
Go to the website: http://www.betsylewistennis.com and click on the “Registration Form” link. Print the registration form, fill it out and mail it in with your check. Applications are also available at the local tennis clubs and at some retailers. You can also drop off your application at the desk at Holly Tree Racquet Club.

We will always remember the way Betsy Lewis flipped her long beautiful ponytail on the tennis court as she served the ball. Betsy loved tennis.
Betsy lost a courageous battle with cancer on November 27, 2007.
The Betsy W Lewis Tennis Challenge is a tribute to Betsy's spirit; and to the doctors and nurses at the Zimmer Cancer Center who cared for Betsy during her illness.
